Availability Data: Explicit dates you mark as unavailable to help coordinators prevent scheduling conflicts.
Log & Operational Data: Technical information automatically transmitted when using the App, including server request logs, authentication sessions, and interactions with backend functions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly to maintain and operate the App's event management features:

To manage your account registration, administrative approval, and profile authentication.
To populate event rosters and allow administrators to assign you to specific production roles.
To handle internal workflow automations, such as broadcasting team emails or calculating per diem rates.

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill the operational needs of associated production events. Workspace Administrators: Authorized coordinators managing event staffing inside your workspace.

5. Security of Your Data

We implement strict security measures, including Row Level Security (RLS) protections and authenticated server function guards, to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your personal information.
